Team Give & Go’s mission is to promote the game of soccer and be a valuable resource to African American youth female student-athletes as a way to increase diversity in the sport.

Team Give & Go provides young African American student soccer athletes with the resources, mentorship, access and visibility to extend the lifespan of their soccer journeys. Team Give & Go aims to transform the sport and close the gaps in the soccer industry by exposing young black females to collegiate and professional opportunities while helping them achieve their full potential. Team Give & Go was founded on five key principles:

• Access – Eliminate common barriers to the game through financial support and scholarship opportunities

• Expose - Create visibility and brand building opportunities on and off the field

• Empower – Help our youth to reach their full potential by building strong leaders on and off the field and strengthening self-esteem through mentorship

• Advocate – Assist soccer parents & players with knowledge, tools and resources to compete competitively

• Elevate – Showcase our youth and their successes while exposing them to recruiting initiatives & training opportunities to level the playing field
