As part of Black History Month, MLS invited five members of the soccer community to discuss race and the black experience in North American soccer. MLS, through its community outreach initiative, MLS WORKS, launched Soccer For All in 2018 which signifies that everyone is welcome to MLS, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.
